When will I receive my order?

DIGITAL INVITATIONS AND ACCESSORIES: If you ordered a digital invitation or a customized printable party accessory, you will immediately receive an email providing you with instructions on how to access your editable template(s).

INSTANT DOWNLOADS - Upon payment, your file(s) will be sent to you via e-mail.  PLEASE MAKE SURE TO OPEN EMAIL AND DOWNLOAD YOUR FILE(S) WITHIN 24 HOURS or else the link will expire.  If this happens, please contact us for instructions on how to obtain files.

PRINTED YARD SIGNS: Yard signs are printed within 2-3 days and shipped via UPS Ground or FedEx. Shipping usually takes between 2-4 days depending on your location within the U.S.

Graduation Photo Yard Signs have the option of receiving a proof/preview for your review. If requested, your proof will be emailed to you within 1-2 days upon placing order. Your order will then be sent to print within 1 day after you submit your approval.
